Katie-Rose Imbriano, AICP/PP
Katie-Rose works with municipal clients on long-range planning activities and applications for state and federal planning grants. Her background is in land use and community planning and includes working with a diverse group of stakeholders on planning initiatives such as municipal master plans, redevelopment plans, housing plans and commercial revitalization plans. She also performs research, analysis, mapping and community outreach related to land use planning initiatives.
Ms. Imbriano’s previous experience was in community planning for the City of Baltimore, Maryland. For five years, she served as a City Planner in the Comprehensive Planning division, where she served on the project team overseeing the first re-write of the City’s Zoning Code in 45 years, Transform Baltimore, and managed the City’s I.N.S.P.I.R.E. Plan for neighborhood investment around rehabilitated school facilities. She also worked closely with the City’s colleges, universities and private schools on their anchor-based community development initiatives.
Ms. Imbriano holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame and an M.R.P. in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University.
