Kevin McAllister, P.G., LSRP
As a Geologist and Project Manager at BRS, Inc., Kevin McAllister assists municipal clients, brownfield site owners, and redevelopers in: identifying project funding; planning efficient site investigation and remediation activities; communicating and negotiating with regulatory agencies; and selecting and overseeing environmental contractors.
Mr. McAllister has managed environmental site assessment, site characterization, and remediation projects at commercial, industrial, and multi-family residential properties throughout the Northeast and Southwestern United States for nearly 25 years. He has also managed solid waste management planning projects for municipalities and portfolios of petroleum marketing sites on behalf of major oil companies. Mr. McAllister has particular expertise in designing cost-effective environmental site investigation strategies to determine the potential environmental risks and cost exposure associated with a property. He has significant experience in working under the risk-based corrective action and voluntary cleanup program regulations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. McAllister has negotiated innovative buyer/seller agreements to allow transactions to proceed while environmental remediation or risk assessment is ongoing.
Mr. McAllister holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology from Temple University and is a licensed Professional Geologist (PG).
